This product is mostly good, but thats only when you are using the wide angle attachment. The Telephoto attachment is useless for me, because when I use it with my 18-70 lens, you can see part of the outer ring (physical vignetting?), even with it zoomed in all the way. I also tried it with my 70-300 lens, and it was even worse, it may have zoomed it in a little, but the pictures were filled with ugly dispersion problems.But then again, the wide-angle attachment is great, i use it with my 18-70 lens and it creates an almost fisheye look on 18, though you can see some of the outer rings, it still looks great. and when I zoomed into 70 with it on? WOW! it created an awesome image where the center was a bulged view of what would have been the center of the image and then there is an outer ring that is always blurred, with an interestingly distorted look. Make macro pictures pop and is just fun to use.I recommend the wide-angle attachment that come with the "macro" attachment, i havent noticed much of a difference and its not like other macro attachments, but it is still nice.

Excellent product...

I received these items today and wasted no time fiddling with it with my camera and taking photos using the lens. This is an excellent product. Although i expected the lens to be just one, it came in separate boxes one for the Telephoto and the other for the wide-angle/macro. I thought that was strange as when i bought my 52 mm wide angle, it also came with the telephoto just one, not two like this one but I can live with this.As for the images, I cannot fault it. They are excellent product and not too expensive either.

The adapter combo is a good value for the cost. It provides good sharpness until right at edges, but slight cropping can resolve this. There are strange effects that occur on the edges of your photo if using a zoom lens in conjunction with the lens adapters. This however is not a problem & is only noticeable at certain focal lenghts. The distortions can actually work well for special effects. Instructions are given with the lens adapters, so edge peculiarities can easily be avoided if desired. I used it on a professional landscaping project & it gave me very satisfactory results, providing the extra wide angle coverage I required beyond the maximum offered by my 18-200mm Nikkor. As a professional photographer for over twenty years, I recommend the adapters & am happy with my purchase.
